Emergency Call Outs : The 5th Emergency Service!

Fallen tree Zelkova Arbor Culture operates a 24 hr emergency callout service throughout the Devon & Exmoor area that is available to existing and new clients this service is available 365 days year.

Qualified operatives will aim to attend site within one hour of initial contact (often sooner), for the purpose of eliminating all immediate potential hazards and obstructions.

To minimize the cost implications of this service to our clients, when called on out of normal working hours Mon - Fri between 9.am-5.30pm. Our operatives will leave site when the site is considered safe by operatives, client & emergency services as represented.

We then guarantee to return the following day to finalise works and remove all arisings.
